I get asked a lot, “how do I create a journal I actually want to use?” Good question! A journal can be a very powerful tool if you actually use it. Hopefully this how to will help you stop buying journals that stay blank and start using your journal to CREATE (building bock).
All you need is the following:
1) several magazines and/or pictures that you love
2) scissors and glue stick
3) reem of 8.5 by 11 paper
4) A FedEx Kinkos or other store that will laminate, cut paper and bind (i.e. create the journal)
