Sometimes the best lessons come from our children. I gave my son my old Flip video camera and discovered a wonderful activity for unleashing your right brain. If you don’t have a Flip, don’t worry, any video tool will work. Kids have very active imaginations and we can learn a lot from their ability to turn an every day activity into a game of pretend.
Watch the world through a video tool and create your own narrative as you go. Walk down the street, in a mall, at the office or where ever you are. Take what you see through the lens and create your own movie. It’s so much fun! This is about building block, CREATE. A journal doesn’t have to be a piece of paper every time.
